Selma City Council certifies election

SELMA — Less than a dozen provisional ballots and the Selma City Council certified last week’s elections for the $12 million bond issue and the first elected school board.
A quorum of the council appeared in City Hall Tuesday for the meeting and unanimously approved resolutions certifying the elections.
