Meadowcraft opens lawn furniture outlet

Need some patio furniture at reduced prices?
Meadowcraft Inc., an international patio furniture company, with an office located at Craig Field, officially opened an outlet store on June 25, a store which will offer an array of outdoor furniture items at lower than usual prices, said Alvin Ward, an employee at Meadowcraft, who is currently managing the store.
Ward said the store would be selling the company’s usual items, including cushions, umbrellas and wrought iron-furniture.
Ward said the store would be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, as well as from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. He added that the store would be closed for the July 4 holiday.
According to the Meadowcraft website, Meadowcraft is the largest manufacturer of outdoor wrought iron furniture in the United States. The company employs 2000 people across its network of manufacturing and distribution facilities, which are located in Birmingham, Selma, Wadley, Yuma, AZ, and Sonora, Mexico.
The company’s corporate headquarters are located in Birmingham.
