The Meadowview Lady Trojans are back on a roll after a tough stretch as they picked up another win this one over Marion, 52-25, Thursday night.

Combined with the win over Bessemer and the team getting over a bout with the flu, coach Mike Cassebaum sees his team getting better come playoff time.

Leading the way was Haley McIntyre with he first triple-double of the season.

She had had 21 points, 11 rebounds 10 steals and six

blocks.

Elyse McIntyre added nine points and four assists.

Ashton Smith had six points. Casey Burton, Carol Ann McIntyre and Haley Johnston all had two points each

For Marion, Amy Parsons had 11 points.

The win makes Meadowview 18-6 on the season and they play Monday at Lowndes Academy.

In JV action, Marion won, 38-19

Deavan Aultman led with 16 points and 10 rebounds and Carol Ann had three points and five boards.
