Joe Frank Hicks, 60, of Maplesville, died Jan. 22, 2005, in the Shelby Baptist Medical Center.

He was born Wednesday, March 15, 1944, in Chilton County,

son of the late Willard B. Hicks and the late Edna Young.

Friends will be received from 2 to 3 p.m., Sunday,

Jan. 23, at Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Clanton.

Services will be held at Martin Funeral Home Chapel, Sunday, Jan. 23, at 3 p.m. The Rev. Ty Partern will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Plantersville Christian Cemetery, in Plantersville.
