Police are trying to identify the man who was seen dropping a 1-year-old boxer from a bridge over a busy highway in Salt Lake City, Utah.

“It’s wrong and people shouldn’t be able to walk around on the streets and do that … to a living breathing creature,” owner Haley Savage tells KTVX-TV.

Veterinarians tell the station that the dog is expected to make a full recovery. A reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of the man who was seen dropping Seven onto Interstate 15.
