Fannie Missildine

Fannie Lee Missildine, 96, of Montgomery died Wednesday, December 24, 2008 at a local nursing home. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 27, 2008 at Dublin Church of Christ in Montgomery, AL with Brent Missildine officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Missisldine is survived by her sons, Bobby (Opal) Missildine of Millbrook and William Thomas “Billy” (Betty) Missildine of Montgomery; daughters, Mary Ella (Joe Jr.) Miller of Deatsville, and Tommie Lee Tillery of Troy; son-in-law, William David Sellars II of Montgomery; 22 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren, 26 great-great grandchildren; sister, Demples Joyce of Montgomery; and brother-in-law, Leon Missildine of Montgomery. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Jefferson Missildine; grandson, William David Sellars III, and daughter, Charlot Sellars of Montgomery.
The family wants to express very special thanks to Dr. Knight and Dr. Burns, Warren Manor Nursing Home Staff, and Cahaba Hospice. Active Pallbearers will be Tommy Missildine, Scott Missildine, Leon Adams, Jeff Adams, Joshua Gibbs, and Joe Miller, Jr.
The family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to the service at the graveside.
