Ruby F. Frith, age 89, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Pettus Frith; Six brothers and one sister.
She is survived by his son, William Anthony “Tony” Frith and his wife Sonia; grandchildren, Chris Frith and his wife Stephanie, Jennifer Frith, Michelle Belknaup, Mark Childress, Barry Childress, Wesley Hartness, and Meredith Moseley; great grandchildren, Jasmine Moye, Emily Moye, Bethany Belknaup, Mason Pendergrass and Cahin Pendergrass.
Visitation will be Saturday, September 12, 2009 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 13, 2009 in the Chapel of Selma Funeral Home with Dr. Kenny Hatcher officiating and Selma Funeral Home Directing. Burial will follow in Pineview Memory Gar-dens.
Serving as pallbearers will be Alvis Frith, Andy Frith, Mark Childress, Barry Childress, Wesley Hartness and Ferrell Ford. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ronald Ford and the Staff of UAB Family Medicine and Park Place Nursing Home.
