SNOW AND POSSIBLY BRIEFLY A SNOW AND SLEET MIX WILL BEGIN ACROSS
WESTERN PORTIONS OF CENTRAL ALABAMA AROUND 10 AM. AS THE FRONT
MOVES EASTWARD ACROSS THE STATE COLDER AIR WILL AIDE THE CHANGE
OVER TO ALL SNOW NORTH OF INTERSTATE 20 IN THE MORNING…AND
DURING THE AFTERNOON ACROSS AREAS MAINLY NORTH OF A LIVINGSTON TO
PRATTVILLE LINE. ALONG AND NORTH OF AN ALICEVILLE…TO CALERA LINE
ONE TO TWO INCHES OF TOTAL SNOWFALL ACCUMULATION ARE POSSIBLE.
FURTHER SOUTH SNOW ACCUMULATIONS BELOW ONE INCH ARE ANTICIPATED.
A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW OR SLEET
WILL CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SLIPPERY ROADS AND
LIMITED VISIBILITIES…AND USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING.
