Martha Geneal Herrod, 63, resident of Jasper, Alabama passed away Thursday, October14, 2010 at her residence.

Visitation was held Monday, October 18, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.. Graveside services will be Tuesday, October 19, 2010, 11:00 a.m. in Bennett Cemetery directed

by Collins-Burke Funeral Home.

Services will be officiated by Bro. Hollis Alexander.

She was preceded in death by daughter, Melissa Trotter-Price; father, Walter Herrod, Jr., and mother Lola Nichols Shofstall. Survivors include ex-husband, James Trotter, Jasper, AL; daughter, Jennifer Trotter, Jasper, AL; son, Greg Trotter, Prattville, AL; sister,

Frances Nelson, Greenville, AL; brothers, Buddy Herrod, Ocean Spring, MS and Thomas David Herrod; six grandchildren.
