Assault, third degree was reported in the 600 block of Gorgas Drive.

Theft of services was reported in the 1500 block of Highland Avenue.

Arrest: Willie Lowe Jr., 25, for felon in possession of a firearm.

Burglary, third degree, was reported in the 1500 block of Tremont Street.

Failure to pay for gasoline was reported in the 1300 block of Broad Street.

Abandoned vehicle was reported at Franklin and J.L. Chestnut Boulevard.

Reckless endangerment and criminal mischief third degree was reported at Saint Ann and Voeglin Avenue.

Property damage was reported in the 1500 block of Alabama Highway 14 east.

Unlawful breaking and entering was reported in the 600 block of Marion Junction Road.

Assault, third degree was reported in the 600 block of Gorgas Drive.

Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported in the 400 block of Second Avenue.

Burglary, third degree, was reported in the 500 block of First Avenue.
