Mr. Joseph “Tree Man” Mitchell, 95, resident of Selma, passed away June 20, 2011 at Warren Manor Nursing Home. Services are scheduled for Friday, June 24, 2011, 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Dr. C.A. Lett. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include one son, Thomas Ford; two daughters, Bessie Mae Bell and Lizzie Mae Williams.
