Lloyd “Joe” Brown, 74, resident of Selma, passed away July 29, 2011 at Vaughan Regional Hospital. Services will be held Saturday, August 6, 2011, 11:00 a.m. at New Sister Spring Baptist Church officiated by Pastor Karl Lewis. Burial will follow in Brown Family Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.
He was preceded in death by parents Eli and Annie Brown.
Survivors include two daughters, Eless Brown and Gretta (Marcus) Towners; two brothers, Otto (Brazell) Brown and Willie “Bill” (Lilly) Brown of Detroit, MI.; sister, Dorothy (Larry) turner of Chicago, IL.; three grandchildren, one son-in-law, one brother-in-law, two sisters-in-laws, a host of nieces and nephews.
