CHAT brought in 100 students Thursday and Selma High School had 200 attend Friday morning.
Jackson said she was hoping to promote the movie because of the important role the Tuskegee Airmen played in World War II and because it is an Alabama story.
“We wanted as many kids to see the movie as possible and give them popcorn and a drink,” she said.
“We were excited. We hope we can continue to partner with the schools for more projects like this.”
