Nathan Jackson

Nathan Jackson, the son of Rosemary Quicke and Samuel Hunter was born May 20, 1961 in Brooklyn, New York. He was raised by Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Jackson (Anna Belle) in Selma, Alabama.
He joined the Military in 1979 and relocated to Fort Benning for Parachute Training, where he moved up the ranks to E5. He was Honorably Discharged in 1985. While in the military, he met and married his wife, Vivian Marshall in Fort Braggs, NC. To this union they were blessed with a son, Kenon Bouian and daughter, Natasha Jackson.
Nathan joined Holy Temple Baptist Church in the year 2000, and turned his life over to Christ.
He leaves to mourn a devoted wife, Vivian Jackson; a loving daughter, Natasha Shaunte’ Jackson; a caring son, Kenon Leandre Bouian (Breyana); mother, Rosemary Quicke; father, Samuel Hunter; brother, Ronnie Quicke (deceased); sister, Patricia Alexander; Uncle, Samuel Jackson; aunt, Anna Belle Jackson; cousins, Anthony Jackson, Rev. Curtis Jackson, and Samuel Jackson, Jr.; in-laws, Nadine Blount (Kelvin), Shirley Bouian (deceased). Sandra Blackmon (Sidney), Stephanie Marshall, Kenneth Marshall, Bernell Marshall (Michelle), Willie Marshall (Karetha), Brian Marshall, Beverly Marshall-Hughes (Corey) Larry Moss (Adrianne) and a host of other relatives and friends.
During his life Nathan worked at Marshall’s Tree and Wrecking Service, Goodyear Tire Service and Crowley’s Inc. until his death.
Nathan was a true husband, father, in-law, friend , and confidante. He was loved by everyone he came in contact with. He touched so many lives during his life span. He will be truly missed for all the love he had to give. Rest in Peace, “uncle Sam” (Apple Jack).
