Carolyn Garrett Moten, 57 of Dallas County, died March 3, 2013 in Selma.

Services are scheduled for Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Miller Chapel with Pastor F.D. Jackson officiating. Burial will be at Elmwood Cementer, directed by Miller Funeral Service.

Survivors include her husband, Roderick Moten; parents, Don and Oneather Garrett; sons Timothy T. Garrett of Miami, Fla., and Rodderkus T. Moten; daughters Youlanda Y. Houston, Tamesha M. Gradon and Alwyn L. Parker, all of Selma; brothers Don Garrett Jr., James Garrett, Edward Kidd and Anthony Garrett; sisters Josie M. Simpson, Pearlie M. Lyde, Beverly J. Spears, Annie M. Jones, Mary Alice Dunmars and Angela Garrett and 12 grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be friends of the family.
