Two men are currently in the Dallas County Jail, each being held there under serious felony charges and substantial $2 million bonds.

According to Selma Chief of Police William T. Riley, 42-year-old Curtis Hall of Selma and 37-year-old Christopher Lee Singleton of Miami were arrested for trafficking marijuana after they were discovered with 12 pounds of marijuana, valued at approximately $18,000.

Riley said the Selma Narcotic Unit received an anonymous tip about possible drug activity in the 800 block of Roosevelt Avenue. With that information, Riley said detectives executed a search warrant at a home on Roosevelt, where they discovered the marijuana.
