Senators dominate Pickens in spring game

The Morgan Academy football team looked like it was in regular season form in its spring jamboree Thursday night against Pickens Academy.
The Senators debuted their spread based triple option attack in a dominant 44-12 win.
Quarterback Harrison Adams completed 14 of 17 passes for three touchdowns. Senators head coach Jake Wingo estimated the Adams threw for around 200 yards.
Jackson Henderson had four catches for two touchdowns and flirted with the century mark for receiving yards.
Woodham Kemmer had 12 carries for 80 yards and a touchdown. J. R. Wood also added a touchdown and multiple two-point conversions.
John Ross Bone was responsible for the other touchdown for the Senators.
Defensively, Slade Singleton had six tackles, with three for loss. John Tyler Fisher had four tackles and two for loss.
