In case you haven’t noticed lately, our country is in crisis. The crisis stems from a lack of leadership across the board. Politicians have become career minded individuals instead of serving as a public service to the country as was the original intent. It is now all about career, money, prestige and power.

In addition to the absence of leadership, there is a crisis of confidence in  government period.  There is a foreign policy crisis, an illegal immigrants crisis, a crisis in our military, a domestic crisis of class warfare, a crisis with government dependency, an infrastructure crisis (highways and bridges crumbling) and on and on and on. Washington politicians are driving us to the point of insolvency and they still are unwilling to curb their extravagance with spending borrowed money. They want to blame the innovators and job creators for all the problems when the problem is politicians, government programs, and rules and regulations curbing the free enterprise system. This country wasn’t built on welfare, but on hard work, risk taking and ingenuity. They are attempting their best to kill the goose that laid the golden egg.

However, the biggest crisis looming is the rejection of God in favor of a secular society.  No, it isn’t climate change as is being touted by the president, the Pope and other extreme liberal spin doctors in Washington and the U.N.

Climate change may one day ruin the nation and world, but there are other factors that are more important at work. Thumbing our nose at God will not forever avoid His wrath. The conditions and perils we now face as a nation appears as if He may have already withdrawn His favored status. Who could blame Him?

You can’t name one government agency that hasn’t been sanitized of religious freedom and expression, especially Christianity, during this administration.

Our military is out laying their lives on the line every day for Constitutional freedoms even they are being denied.

To some liberals, Christianity seems to be the number one enemy.

It inhibits their acceptance of any and everything as normal, acceptable and even celebratory behavior. They are so intolerant as to want to silence any dissent from their world view in the marketplace.

Our State Department is even exporting current cultural agenda initiatives to other countries. We have become an exporter of immorality to the world. Between Hollywood and our government, it even gives credence to the Iranian claim of our being the Great Satan.

Our once strong proud military has caught the brunt of the changes being made in the name of liberalism and political correctness. Little wonder the rumblings about discontent in the ranks with all  the changes made during the Obama administration. The big push now is to open up the doors to those afflicted with transgender disorders.

You have to ask what’s next for our beleaguered military? They are being asked to do the toughest most dangerous jobs and being dumped on as guinea pigs with culture war issues. How pathetic leadership in our country has become.
