The Selma Toros (3-5) baseball team wrapped their 2015 summer campaign on Sunday with a loss in the quarterfinals of the Central Alabama Amateur Baseball League Playoffs to the Montgomery Citizens (9-1) at Hunters Station Park in Montgomery.

Toro Pitcher Jeff McDole (Bishop State) recorded six strikeouts in the loss.

The Toros made their first playoff appearance since their return three years ago and went undefeated at home in 2015.

The club will open the 2016 season with an exhibition game on May 14, 2016, in Mississippi against the Laurel Blackcats.

The 2014 Mississippi champs will make their first trip to Bloch Park on Saturday, May 28.
