Marilyn W. (Lynn) Dailey, 65, was born in Selma on December 27, 1950, and went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Feb. 22, 2016, at her home in Greenfield, Indiana. She is survived by William R. (Bill) Dailey, her loving husband of 42 years; daughter, Rebecca D. Crull (Shawn); grandsons, Brannon and Alex Crull of McCordsville, Indiana; mother, Marilyn S. Wilson of Selma; brothers, Richard L. Wilson (Janet) of Selma and James W. Wilson Jr. (Rachel) of Alabaster; mother-in-law, Frances Coon of Selma; brother-in-law, John D. Coon Jr. of Selma; sister-in-law, Eleanor Nichols of Selma; five nieces and their families and three nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by her loving father, James Woodrow Wilson, who greeted her at the throne of our Heavenly Father.
Lynn taught school in Lawrence Township for 15 years before retiring in 2004. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church in Indianapolis for 26 years serving in the new born nursery for most of those years. She has attended Church at The Crossing for the past 11 years. She was also an associate member of McGregor Baptist Church in Fort Myers, Florida. She was a Godly woman who loved her Lord and those around her with all her heart.
The family wishes to express their appreciation for the prayers, cards and expressions of love which have been received from family and friends.
The family also wishes to express their appreciation to the staff of Hancock Cancer Center for the outstanding care and love she received while on this journey the past 14 months and Hancock Hospice for the loving care she received during her final days on this earth.
A celebration of life will be held in Indianapolis at The Church at The Crossing on February 25 at 2 p.m. Friends may visit with the family from noon until 2 p.m. prior to the celebration. A celebration of life will also be held in Selma at Elkdale Baptist Church on March 3 at 3 p.m. Friends may visit with the family from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. prior to the celebration.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hancock Cancer Center, 801 North State Street, Greenfield, IN 46140.
