Clarence Thomas Pitts, age 86, of Selma, passed away March 6, 2016.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hoy Charles and Inae Pitts; and brothers, Wilson Pitts and Lawrence Pitts.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Betty Sue Pitts; step-sons, Joe (Nancy) Friday, James Friday, Mike (Debbie) Friday and Tim (Debra) Friday; daughter, Anita Middlebrooks; brothers, Emmett Pitts, Floyd Pitts, James Pitts, William B Pitts and Alan Pitts; sister, Betty Pitts; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 9 at 1 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Eric West and the Rev. Rod Rochester officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, March from 5 – 7 p.m. Interment will be in Pineview Memory Gardens with Selma Funeral Home directing.

Pallbearers will be Chris Friday, Kirk Friday, Brandon Giles, Emmett Pitts, Douglas Pitts and Will Pitts.
