Sara Kathryn Hardy ”Boo” Herrmann, age 76, of Selma, passed away Monday, March 7, 2016.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Earl Herrmann; daughter, Sara Kathryn Herrmann; son, Jonathan Earl (Molly) Herrmann; brother, Jere Miles (LizAnn) Hardy; sister-in-law, Jyl Hardy; and numerous cousins.

Mrs. Herrmann was preceded by her parents, Gordon and Sara Hardy; and brother, Gordon Barnett Hardy M.D.

Services will be Friday, March 11 at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church with Dr. Jerry Light officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow at New Live Oak Cemetery. Visitation will begin Friday at 10 a.m. at the church.

Pallbearers will be Gordon Hardy M.D., Ralph Derryberry, Jerry Tucker, Gary Thompson, Tommy Swindle and David Reeves.
