Mrs. Nora G. Johnson, of Prattville, passed peacefully into the arms of the Lord on Monday March 21, 2016. She was a native of Prattville but traveled the world with her husband Alfred F. Johnson who predeceased her. Also preceding her in death were two of her children, Teresa Boggs and Victor Johnson. She is survived by her daughter, Gloria (Lloyd) Turner; and one brother, Grady Gray. She has four grandchildren, Rebecca Presnall, Chesley Gralla, Benjamin Johnson and Jacquelyn Johnson; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson. She has a huge extended family of nieces and nephews, and other relatives, as well as many friends.

Mrs. Johnson was known for her kind and loving heart, and generous nature. It was rare for anyone to leave her house without having received something to eat, a cutting from one of her plants, or at least a hug. She will be missed.

Services will be held Monday March 28 at 2 p.m. with visitation starting at 1 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, located at 431 West 4th Street, Prattville, AL, 36067.
