The 10 local high schools, colleges and universities are all preparing for upcoming graduation ceremonies.

Selma High School will have its graduation on May 19 at 7 p.m. at the Memorial Stadium, located at 108 West Dallas Ave.

Meadowview Christian School will host its graduation on May 20 at 7 p.m. at Wasden Field, located behind the school at 1512 Old Orrville Road.

Morgan Academy, located at 2901 West Dallas Ave., will also have its commencement services on May 20 at 7 p.m. in the old gymnasium.

Ellwood Christian Academy will hold its graduation services on May 26 at 7 p.m. in the gym, which is located at 1 Bell Road.

Graduation for Dallas County High School will be held May 26 at 7 p.m. on the football field. If it rains, the ceremony will be moved to the gymnasium. All graduating seniors will get two tickets to give to family and friends for admission if this happens. No tickets are needed for the ceremony if it is on the field. The school is located at 335 Fifth Avenue in Plantersville.

Southside High School will have its graduation ceremony on its football field as well. It will be May 26 at 6 p.m. There are plans to move the graduation into the gym if it rains. In this case, guests will need tickets for admission into the gym. All students will be given two tickets apiece. The school is located at 7975 U.S. 80 Highway.

Keith Middle-High School will hold its graduation May 26 in the gym at the school. It is located at 1166 County Road 115 in Orrville.

Graduation for Selma University will be Friday at 1 p.m. in the gym. No tickets are needed for admission. The school is located at 1501 Lapsley Street.

Concordia College Alabama will have its graduation May 14 at 10 a.m. at 1712 Broad Street.

All graduating seniors of Wallace Community College Selma will be given five tickets each to give to family and friends for graduation on May 13 in the gymnasium at 7 p.m. Those who do not get a ticket can watch the ceremony on a monitor from the overflow room designated for people who could not get into the graduation because of over capacity. The school is located at 3000 Earl Goodwin Parkway in Selma.
