Domonique Jones scored two touchdowns as Keith dominated Calhoun 56-8 Friday night.

Jones scored on 71 and 22-yard runs to help the Bears (1-1) shake off last week’s loss to Winterboro.

Keith led 43-0 Friday over Calhoun after an explosive first half.

JeaShan Black started the scoring with a 54-yard run to put the Bears up 8-0 in the first quarter. Jones added a score and then Jared Edwards ran for a 13-yard touchdown to make it 20-0.

Levi Thomas scored from 43 yards out and Edwards threw a 49-yard touchdown to Marquez Hatcher to put the Bears up 43-0.

“It seemed like when they finally got their feet under them, that’s when things began to click. We looked like our old selves,” said Keith head coach Harry Crum.

Keith will host Aliceville next week.
