Mr. Horace Owens, 56, of Safford and formerly of Montgomery, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2017, in Selma.

Services are scheduled for Saturday, June 24, 2017, at noon at Second Baptist Church, 1013 Rosa Parks Avenue, Montgomery, AL 36108 with the Rev. Michael Files officiating.

Burial will follow in New Center Cemetery in Hope Hull with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing.

He is survived by his wife, Beverly Barnes-Owens; mother, Lottie Owens; and a host of cousins and friends.
