On behalf of the Dallas Wilcox Bama Club, an affiliate of the University of Alabama National Alumni Association, we congratulate the board of directors of the Selma Quarterback Club in their decision to endow a scholarship with the Dallas Wilcox Bama Club in the amount of $100,000.

That $100,000 immediately grew to $178,000 due to the car license plate matching funds program from the University of Alabama National Alumni Association.

The proceeds from this scholarship will directly impact future Dallas County students enrolling in Alabama through scholarship monies offered by the Bama Club. Over the last nine years, the Dallas Wilcox Bama Club has awarded over $150,000 in scholarship money to students from Dallas and Wilcox County attending the University of Alabama.

Now, the Selma Quarterback Club has sealed for the future the opportunity for Dallas County students to fulfill their dream of attending Alabama.
