From the Paul Grist State Park’s Fall Festival to the final day of the Central Alabama Fair, there is plenty to do Saturday.
Things will kick off with the 1st Morning Art Walk at 8 a.m. until noon around downtown, where different artists and business will be open for people to check out what they have to offer.

“We are excited. Some of the vendors and volunteers that came here are starting to come in, and everybody is starting to get their chores done so we’ll be ready,” said Anita Ellison, a volunteer with the group. “We’re praying the weather holds out, and everybody can come and have a good time.”
The entry fee is $5 per person and children 5 and under are free. There is a pumpkin patch for those wanting to take home a pumpkin for an additional $5.
