Michael Johnson has done so much for his community since he was drafted from Georgia Tech to play professional football in the NFL for the Cincinnati Bengals.

People in Selma and Dallas County know how much the defensive end loves his community, so let’s show the world how much we appreciate him for all he does when he comes back home.

Johnson was nominated for the NFL’s 2017 Walter Payton Man of the Year Award. He is one of 32 nominees up for the award, and he needs our support. There is a social media campaign aspect to the award. It’s easy to join. All you have to do is post on social media and use the hashtag #WPMOYChallenge plus Johnson.

Because he has done so much for people here, this is the least the community can do to show its support and love for him.
