Mr. John D. Ward, 80, of Selma, passed away April 9, 2018, at Vaughan Regional Medical Center. Services are scheduled for Saturday, April 14, 2018, at 11 a.m., at Miller Funeral Service Chapel in Selma, with the Rev. John L. Ward officiating. Burial will follow in New Live Oak Cemetery with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing.

He is survived by daughter, Jacqueline (Charles) Cooper; grandsons, Kelvin and Justin Hearn; sister, Elizabeth (Robert) Branch; nephews, Brondall and Bertram Branch; niece, Bonita Hernandez; sisters-inlaw, Sylvia Moseley, Alma Garrett; brother-in-law, James Rembert; host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
