The Spawtacular will consist of a 10 a.m. Restorative Yoga program hosted by Anna Ralston, and an 11 a.m. Young Living Essential Oils program hosted by Kim McHugh.
The restorative yoga program is $10, and the Young Living Essential Oils program is free of charge. However, oils will be available will be able to be purchased.
All profits earned during the Spawtacular will go towards the Sky Hill Animal Society.
People will be able to view the animals while at the animal society.
Lynn Sanders, Director of Sky Hill Animal Society, and trainer says she is excited and hope to bring people to the animal society, provide them with services and allow them to view the inner workings of the shelter.
“I’m really excited,” Sanders said. “I think it will bring people out to see what we’re doing at Sky Hill. There are a lot of benefits in using essential oils for people as well as using them for animals. I think this is a great way. It stays within our motto, which is ‘helping animals to help people.’ The funds we raise will help the animals, and some of the thing we’re doing will help the people and the animals.”
McHugh, who is over the essential oils part of the program, said she is also thrilled as she is able to share information regarding the many oils and its’ uses.
“I’m always looking for ways to maintain wellness and healthy body and lifestyle,” McHugh said.
McHugh said she highly recommends Young Living Essential Oils.
“Trying to find a reputable company that I trusted was hard to do,” McHugh said. “I tried different companies and finally tried Young Living, and I’ve been with them ever since. It’s an amazing company with great oils that I can depend on that don’t have any chemicals added. It is pure oil, and you know what you’re getting.”
According to McHugh, the Spawtacular will be a great opportunity for people to relax and have fun while simultaneously aiding a good cause.
“It is a wonderful chance for people to relax, learn, mingle and have fun, and at the same time generate awareness and money for this great organization,” McHugh said. “I’ve been out there, and anybody who hasn’t needs to come out and check it out. It’s a great place for animals. It’s a great place for humans. They’re doing leaps and bounds over other shelters that have been here before. I recommend that people come out, enjoy the time and help raise money and awareness for them. It’s a good organization.”
