St. Paul’s Episcopal Church’s annual Lobsterfest is less than a few weeks away.
For more than 15 years, the church has been raising funds for Little Friends School through the fundraiser.
Event organizer Nancy Travis said it is a popular event every year, and the community looks forward to it.
“It’s really a great time for fellowship, not only for St. Paul, but for the city of Selma,” she said. This year, the event will be held on Thursday, Oct. 11.
Tickets are now on sale at Queen City Market, Little Friends and St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.
Travis said the event is known to sell out, so she advises the community to purchase their ticket as soon as they can.
“Please don’t wait until the last minute,” she said. “Get your tickets early.”
Dine-In tickets are $35 and take-out tickets are $30.
Take-out time is 5 -7 p.m. and dine in times are 6 p.m., 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.
