Marcus Mason Harris passed away at home, surrounded by his family Sunday, December 30, 2018 at the age of 75.

Mason was a member of West Highland United Methodist Church and was a Master Mason of Selma Lodge 926.

He was preceded in death by his father, Marcus Franklin Harris, Carlos Smith and mother Alma Foster Smith.

Mason is survived by his children, Timmy Harris, Angie (Brian) Hicks, Amanda (Kevin) Box, Molly (Mark) Klopfenstien, Skip (Dana) Rozelle and Michael George; brothers, Jesse (Linda) Harris, Gervis (Sara) Smith, Jerry (Kathy) Smith; sister, Joann (Clifton) Parker; thirteen grandchildren; four great grandchildren; special friend, Carol Foman and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at West Highland United Methodist Church with Rev, Linda Tarver and Rev. Steve Kopp officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing. Interment will be in Pineview Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 2, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be his family and friends; honorary pallbearers will be members of Selma Lodge 926.
