The grant will be used to repair unshielded bridge ends on County Road 11, County Road, 29, County Road 74 and County Road 83.
Other items approved included a bid for Valley Grande Pharmacy to continue to handle the medication for inmates at the County Sheriff’s Office and the appointment of Ernestine Towns and Dondi Fikes to the Dallas County Water and Sewer Board.
Dallas County Commissioner Curtis Williams commended Probate Judge and chairman Jimmy Nunn on a job well done for his time as chairman so far.
