The Selma Police Department arrested two suspects Friday for burglarizing three convenience stores this week.
SPD Captain Johnny King said Terrell Levert King, 19 and Javoris Tyrese Landon, 20 were both charged with three counts of third-degree burglary.
King said the break-in at Vasser’s Mini Mart took place at 12:30 a.m. Monday morning on the 1900 block of West Dallas Avenue.
King and Landon also burglarized Subway across the street.
King said the SPD responded to a burglary around 4:20 a.m. Friday morning at the Cougar Oil Mini Shop on the block of 500 Cahaba Road.
During the investigation, Capt. King said the SPD Detectives learned King and Landon were the suspects who burglarized Vasser’s Mini Mart and Subway. King credited Sgt. Ray Blanks and Lt. Joe Bills for solving the crimes.
