Circuit Court Judge revokes bond of Selma man

A Selma resident had his bond revoked Friday.
The Dallas County District Attorney’s Office filed a motion to revoke the bond of Marico Lee. Dallas County Circuit Court Judge Don McMillan conditionally granted the bond revocation.
Lee, 38, is being charged for failure to appear conspiracy murder, failure to appear attempted murder and failure to appear discharging gun into occupied building.
Dallas County District Attorney Michael Jackson said the incident took place on May 19 in the George Washington Carver (GWC) Homes. Jackson also said Lee and the victim allegedly argued over a woman.
Jackson said the victim is now in a vegetative state. Jackson did not identify the victim.
Lee was arraigned on July 3 and Dallas County District Court Judge Bob Armstrong set Lee’s bond was set at $250,000.
