According to Dallas County District Attorney Michael Jackson, Dallas County Circuit Court Judge Collins A. Pettaway revoked the probation of Sylvester Lewis Stevenson Jr. last week.

Jackson said Stevenson was arrested a few days later and a motion was filed to revoke his probation, which Pettaway granted. Jackson said Stevenson has a probation hold and is locked up at an undisclosed location.

Stevenson has a long history of arrests of burglary in Dallas County.  On Feb. 19, Stevenson was arrested by the Selma Police Department (SPD) for second-degree theft of some generators at Tally Ho restaurant. Stevenson waived his preliminary hearing case to the Dallas County Grand Jury on March 20.

“He’s a suspect on a lot of stuff in Dallas County,” Jackson said.
