Vivian D. Chestnut, age 86, of Selma, passed away Monday, October 21, 2019 at home.

Services are scheduled for Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church with Rev. Frederick Hardy officiating. Burial to follow in the Lincoln Memorial Cemetery directed by Ashley’s JH Williams & Sons Funeral Home.

Survivors include: sons, J.L. (Sharon) Chestnut, III; Terrance (Sandra) Chestnut; Gregory (Angelina) Chestnut; daughters, Gerald (Louis) Riberio; Vivian Rosalind Chestnut; Shandra Michelle Chestnut; great grandchildren, Mea Fielding, Nyla Fielding, Kirabo Brooks, Sehn-Ra Brooks; five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, one son-in-law and three daughters-in-law.
