Steven Bryant, 34, was charged with public intoxication, $1,000 bond, in jail.
Christopher Hosea, 19, was charged with failure to appear first-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, in jail.
Phalecia Young, 44, was serving as a weekender.
Jeffrey Holmes, 32, was serving as a 24-hour weekender.
Sharnecia Maull, 33, was charged with public indecency and drug paraphernalia violation, $1,500 bond, in jail.
Matthew Kemp, 34, was charged with two counts of failure to appear probation violation, in jail.
Jessica Johnson, 38, was charged with third-degree domestic violence, $1,000 bond, made bond.
