Dallas County Sheriff’s Dept. arrest report for period ending December 27:

Steven Bryant, 34, was charged with public intoxication, $1,000 bond, in jail.

Christopher Hosea, 19, was charged with failure to appear first-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, in jail.

Phalecia Young, 44, was serving as a weekender.

Jeffrey Holmes, 32, was serving as a 24-hour weekender.

Sharnecia Maull, 33, was charged with public indecency and drug paraphernalia violation, $1,500 bond, in jail.

Matthew Kemp, 34, was charged with two counts of failure to appear probation violation, in jail.

Jessica Johnson, 38, was charged with third-degree domestic violence, $1,000 bond, made bond.

Katrina Payne, 42, was charged with public intoxication, $1,000 bond, made bond.

Blair Rice, 34, was charged with third-degree assault and third-degree criminal trespass, $1,500 bond, made bond.

Ulysses Hayes, 35, was charged with second-degree possession of marijuana, $6,000 bond, made bond.

Kimberly King, 29, was charged with possession of controlled substance for resale, $10,000 bond, made bond.

Michael Rutledge, 55, was charged with second-degree possession of marijuana, $6,000 bond, made bond.

Glenn Smith, 53, was charged with two counts of controlled substances for resale, certain person forbidden and possession of marijuana,  bonds totaling $41,000.

Mary Jo Wright, 21, was charged with two counts of failure to appear drug possession and failure to appear obstructing justice, in jail.

Oscar Blevins, 26, was charged with second-degree stolen property and certain person forbidden, $30,000 bond, made bond.

Annette Fitts, 39, was charged with carrying and possessing a weapon/gun, $6,000 bond, in jail.

Stacey Spivey, 45, was charged with three counts of drug possession, public intoxication and domestic violence, $34,000 bond, in jail.
