Dallas County Sheriff’s Dept. arrest report for period ending December 31:

Nickolas Eipp, 27, was charged with parole violation, in jail.

DeJuan Turner, 39, was charged with parole violation, in jail.

Terry Benson, 21, was charged with three counts of failure to appear theft of property first and second-degree and possession of controlled substances, in jail.

Maurice Jones, 37, was charged with public lewdness and public intoxication, $2,000 bond, in jail.

Willie Green, 34, was charged with no insurance, $500 bond, in jail.

John McCurdy, 59, was charged with unlawful possession of controlled substance, $10,000 bond, in jail.

Bryan McCormick, 41, was charged with possession of controlled substance, second-degree failure to appear theft by deception and failure to appear promoting prison contraband, $10,000 bond, in jail.

Jerry Bell, 43, was charged with possession of controlled substance, $10,000 bond, in jail

James Mims, 51, was charged with two counts of failure to appear unlawful possession of controlled substance and possession of controlled substance, $70,000 bond, in jail.

Jeremy Thompson, 41, was charged with illegally obtaining water and electric, theft of service and possession of controlled substance, $1,500 bond, made bond.

Talmadge Hunter, 27, was charged with domestic violence,  $1,000 bond, in jail.
