Dallas County Sheriff’s Dept. arrest report for period ending January 16:

Gary Payne, 44, was charged with carrying and possession a weapon and gun, felon in possession of firearm, public intoxication and possession of controlled substance, $37,000 bond, in jail.

Dajour Justin Edwards, 19, was charged in contempt of court, made bond.

Lameka Pate, 35, was charged with three counts of fradulent use of credit card, $30,000 bond, made bond.

Tommy Lee Smith, 32, was charged with first-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, $10,000 bond, made bond.
