Dallas County Sheriff’s Dept. arrest report for period ending February 13:

Moses Harris, 37, was charged with public intoxication and domestic violence, $2,000 bond, in jail.

Russell Chase, 58, was charged with parole violation, in jail.

Amber Nicole Martin, 27, was charged with third-degree domestic violence, $1,000 bond, in jail.

Georgio Howell, 18, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief and discharging gun into occupied building, $60,000 bond, in jail.

Terrance Lamont Melton, 44, was charged with second-degree receiving stolen property and two counts of unlawful drug possession, $46,000 bond, in jail.
