A Selma native was recently named one of America’s Best Realtors by Newsweek and REAL Trends.
Gloria Sims Crump is the leader of the Coastal Leaders Team at RE/MAX of Gulf Shores. Crump was also selected to the Best of Gulf Shores Awards for the fourth year.
“I was honored to receive these two awards, and to be recognized for providing the best customer service and results for our Coastal Leaders real estate clients,” Crump said.
Crump is ranked 11th out of 91 agents statewide, with 57 transactions and volume of $23,995,845 last year. Baldwin County has six agents listed and Crump is the only one in Gulf Shores.
The University of Alabama graduate is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), and served on the local Board for four years, including President for two terms. She is a lifetime member of the University of Alabama Center of Real Estate (ACRE) and has held several positions within the Baldwin County Association Board of Realtors
Crump, a licensed agent for the last 17 years in Gulf Shores, credits assistant Katie Wilmott for their success. Wilmott has been part of the Coastal Leaders Team for the last eight years.
“With 16 years of experience selling, and with the eight years of Katie Wilmott on the team, we’ve been able to reach several milestones,” Crump said. “We are always looking for innovative ways to approach the market so, that we can help our future, as well as past, clients.
“I am looking forward to what the future holds, and will continue to showcase what my community has to offer. The time is now, and we hope to keep the momentum going.”
Crump has an effective marketing slogan, calling herself the “Queen of Real Estate” to enhance the beach experience for her clients by “treating them like royalty.”
