Hubert Thomas, Jr., 75, resident of New Orleans, passed away Saturday, August 8, 2020 at Touro Hospital, New Orleans. Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2020, 11 a.m. at Summer Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Old Montgomery Hwy., Selma with Rev. Dr. Wil Jackson officiating and directed by Ashley’s J.H. Williams and Sons Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles. Survivors include: his wife, Deborah Thomas; sister, Renda Faye Thomas; brother, Jesse Thomas; cousin/brother, William Henderson Jr.; three sons, Danny (Sherry), Floyd and Anthony; 12 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
