Robert Campbell “Beanie” Webb

On Sunday, August 2, 2020, Robert Campbell “Beanie” Webb of Marion, passed away at the age of 52. Beanie was born on July 1, 1968, in Columbus, Georgia, to Samuel Emert and Margaret Ellen Henry.

He attended Marion Military Institute in Marion, , Brandon Hall School in Atlanta, Georgia, and Penland School of Craft in Bakersville, North Carolina, studying woodworking.

Beanie’s passion for the outdoors was reflected in numerous ways: caring for the family land, planting of trees, and creating habitats for birds. He was known for his curiosity, since of adventure, mischievous nature, and infectious humor. His creativity with woodworking was his greatest joy.

Beanie was preceded in death by his father, Samuel Emert Henry, his adoptive father, John Calhoun “JC” Webb and brother, Ashely Gray Henry. He is survived by his mother, Margaret Ellen Webb; sister, Page Henry Jackson; brother-in-law, James A. Jackson III, brothers, John Richmond “Winkie” and Stanley Horan “Potee” Webb; and sister-in-law, Gerri Richardson Webb; aunts; uncle; cousins; nephews and niece.

Private family service was held graveside, August 29, 2020 at St. Wilfird”s Episcopal Church. Honorary Pallbearers: Kittrell Agee III, Daphne, ; James Bradford, Pell City, Keith Brewer, Marion, Richard Deavours, Sprott, James Jackson III, Marion, Irdy Pope IV, Marion, John “Winkie” Webb, Atlanta, Georgia and Stanley “Potee” Webb, Marion.In lieu of flowers, please give to Camp McDowell Environmental Center, 105 DeLong Road, Nauvoo, Alabama 35578 or St.Wilfrid’s Episcopal Church, P.O.
