Dallas County Sheriff’s Dept. arrest report for period ending September 21:

Lee Paul Burge, 45, was charged with sexual abuse of child less than 12 years old, first-degree rape and enticing child to enter, $105,000 bond.

Jane Selena Davis, 40, was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal mischief, $10,000 bond, made bond.

David Blevins, 23, was charged with domestic violence reckless endangerment and unlawfully carrying a weapon, $2,000 bond, in jail.

David Johnson, 64, was charged with public drunkness, $1,000 bond, in jail.

Marcus Rentz, 36, was charged two counts of child support and third-degree domestic violence, $6,000 bond, in jail.

Dallas County Sheriff’s Dept. arrest report for period ending September 22:

Bernard Marquavious Craig, 19, was charged with third-degree domestic violence assault and domestic assault, $1,000 bond.

Arthur Lee Thomas, 57, was charged with P.I. and obstructing justice, $2,000 bond.

Andrea Benneth, 41, was charged with four counts of possession of controlled substance, two counts of unlawful possession of marijuana, first and second degree, two counts of carrying and possessing of pistol without permit and drug possession paraphernalia,  bonds totaling over $83,000.
