Sandra Jo Olson Counts, age 63, of Valley Grande, left this walk of life on Thursday, October 15, 2020 and is now living with Jesus. She was born on December 30, 1956 in Gaylord, Minnesota. She was the daughter of the late Arnold Olson and Janet Nelson Olson.

Sandra was a 1977 graduate of Judson College in Marion. She met the love of her life Carl and they were married on April 9, 1983 and have spent 42 years together.  She and Carl owned and operated C&S Auto Parts in Selma for over 30 years. She was a devoted and loving wife. She had a heart of gold and loved her family unconditionally.

She is survived by her husband, Carl Counts, Sr.; children, Carol Terry (Mason), Carla Williamson (Brain), and Carl Counts, Jr.; grandchildren, Tye, Maddie Kay, Davis, and Grady; siblings, Susan Horne (Bruce), Karen Wolfington (Robert), Cindy Tonjes (Larry), and John Olson.

She is preceded in death by her father, Arnold Olson and her sister, Kay Olson.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 19, 2020 at 2 p.m. from the Selma Funeral Home Chapel.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.

Interment will follow in Pineview Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Mason Terry, Brian Williamson, Carl Counts, Jr., Brandon Swindle, Scott Horne, and Steven Horne.

Final care and arrangements have been entrusted to Selma Funeral Home.
