Selma High’s Region 4, Class 5A contest against Sipsey Valley was canceled. It will count as a Selma High forfeit victory.

The Saints (6-2, 5-0) will play at Demopolis next Friday for the Region championship.

Southside 46, Highland Home 24: Chris Thomas threw for 375 yards and two touchdowns, running for 103 yards and another score for the Panthers (5-3).  Mariyon Johnson had 195 yards receiving, two touchdowns. Sam Taylor and KeAndre Williams each scored touchdowns. Chris Bonner added a 55-yard fumble return for touchdown.

American Christian Academy 47, Dallas County 16: Dallas County led  8-7 after one quarter, but the top-ranked Patriots outscored the Hornets 40-8 after that and cruised to an easy victory.

Jackson Academy 48, Meadowview Christian School 12: The Trojans (8-0) fell on homecomng and senior night at Wadsen Stadium. Javion Rudolph and Rin Hagood both scored for the Trojans.
