DonShun McCants, 28, was charged with failure to appear promoting prison contraband, in jail.

Davida Roshonda Hall, 22, was charged with criminal trespassing, $500 cash bond, in jail.

Rickey Cooper, 41, was charged with two counts of possession of controlled substance and first-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, $30,000 bond, made bond.

Paul Jerome Morrow, 28, was charged with second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, possession of controlled substance, $16,000 bond, in jail.

Joseph Martin Ruder, 55, was charged with first-degree theft of property, $30,000 bond,  made bond.
