Henry Lee Austin, 21, was charged with first-degree assault, discharging gun into occupied building, $90,000 bond, made bond.

Clarence Moore, 45, was charged with child support, $1,500 cash bond, in jail.

Jeffrey Mark Rose, 53, was charged with certain person forbidden, $15,000 bond, made bond.

Marlon G. Smith, 50, was charged with first-degree sexual abuse, $30,000 bond, made bond.

Stacey Spivey, 46, was charged with third-degree domestic violence harassment, $1,000 bond, made bond.

David Johnson, 64, was charged with disorderly conduct, $1,000 bond, in jail.

Nykori McBride, 30, was charged with trafficking cocaine, $1.5 million bond, in jail.

Steven Fitts, 27, was charged with drug paraphernalia, second-degree receiving stolen property,  second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana and controlled substance possession, $37,000 bond, made bond.

Mary jean Strong, 59, was charged with two counts distribution of controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance and trafficking heroin and fentanyl, bond totaled over $1.5 million, in jail.
